We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.

What can I return?

Items are eligible for a return or refund if they arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

How do I start a return?

Email us at ddmac@paulbunyan.net with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

What isn't eligible for return?

We don't accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or items that have been worn or washed. Please refer to the size guide on each product page before ordering.
